How long does shipping normally take?
We process most orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international orders may take 10-21 business days depending on customs.
What is your return policy for resin supplies?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety and quality control, we cannot accept returns on resin or pigments that have been opened.
Are your UV resins and epoxies non-toxic?
Our resins are formulated to be low-odor and VOC-free when used as directed in a well-ventilated area. However, we always recommend wearing proper PPE, such as gloves and a respirator, during the curing process.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Yes! As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
